Knowing Peace For Yourself

This morning, I am enjoying the soothing sounds of Lalah Hathaway and Damien Escobar, accompanied by a cup of chamomile tea. After cleansing my home with sage and reciting Psalm 59, I embraced the tranquility and found solace in the silence. Amidst the challenges of 2024, I remain grateful for my blessings and strive to appreciate them daily. By allowing myself time to reconnect with my inner self and indulge in relaxation, I am reminded that life is meant to be lived with gratitude, joy, and purpose.

Affirmations:

Peace embraces me today.

I deserve to be peaceful.

I deserve to be serene.

It’s okay to be happy. It’s okay to say I’m happy.

I permit myself to be relaxed and happy.

With every breath, I become more peaceful.

Peace surrounds me in all that I do.

The more love and peace I extend the more I receive.

I continue to be happy Life isn’t meant to be lived perfectly…but merely to be LIVED.

Boldly, wildly, beautifully, uncertainly, imperfectly, magically LIVED.

I am thankful for simply being alive today. I will always be thankful for whatever life brings.

Every day, I count my blessings and am very thankful for all that I have at the end of each day, I express my gratitude.

Every day, I appreciate my life more than ever.

Every new day deepens my gratitude for all things.

Feeling grateful puts me in a state of calm and openness.

I am immensely grateful to be alive today.

My daily process goals inspire me to act every day.

When I follow my plan, positive things happen.

My to-do lists keep me motivated and on track.

I know where I want to go and I have the plan to get there.

I am willing to step outside of my comfort zone to accomplish the goals I set for myself.

I possess the wisdom, power, motivation, inspiration, and passion to accomplish anything and everything I choose.
